R & D/ New Application Solutions form the fulcrum of the growth strategy at Elbico Knitech as reflected in the Mission Statement – "Provide innovative, application focussed solutions to improve the value of our customers globally"

To achieve this mission the R&D department has multi-discipline expertise in the fields of Polymer, Chemical, Textile and Chemistry. This is ably aided by the application knowledge and experience gathered in various sectors like fishing, shipping, industrial etc.

A rigorous, process oriented approach is adopted for product development. Each product undergoes various Gates with VOICE OF CUSTOMER being the most critical point of development activities.
